
It’s true what they say—if you don’t listen to your body, it will find a way to make you pay attention. That’s exactly what happened to me in 2019. My body was screaming, and a terrifying health scare forced me to rethink everything: exercise, stress, nutrition, and clean eating.
With the help of a specialist, I transformed my diet, adopted a targeted supplement regimen, and committed to weekly physical protocols. Over seven months, I healed my body—and every moment was worth it. Witnessing my own transformation firsthand showed me the incredible resilience of the human body and sparked a passion to help others experience the same. That’s why, in 2024, I earned my Holistic Nutritionist certification from the Energetic Health Institute.
I’ll be honest, though—for years, I was in a toxic relationship with convenience foods. I know what it's like to be busy and how overwhelming it feels to start a wellness journey. But here’s the thing: a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to mean grueling workouts, perfectly plated Instagram meals, or choking down unpleasant powders. (Can we agree that the best protocol is the one you'll actually stick to?) I’m a nutritionist, not a chef, and my goal is to help you build a sustainable, healthy relationship with food. Nail those, and everything else will fall into place.
My goal: To uncover the root causes of your challenges and work toward healing your body through balanced nutrition, stress management, and small, meaningful changes. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress—because thriving is something we can all achieve.
Where did Root & Rise come from, anyway? I drew inspiration from one of nature’s greatest rooted risers: mushrooms. Mycelium runs deep beneath the surface, connecting ecosystems, turning waste into life, and transforming decay into beauty. They root and rise. Similarly, humans ground themselves in balance and joy. And when the time is right—when we feel strong, confident, and ready—we rise too.
